Red Snapper

The owners, Ed and Joyce Quarrè, originally from Holland, were initially drawn to Thailand in October 2003. They serve the best of European and Thai food.

You can enjoy food while sitting in the garden. They blend fusion cookery and a European palate with Thai herbs and spices to bring to life the Red Snapper vision.

Their scrumptious menu comprises 7 entrees and 8 main dishes, with a choice selection of desserts. Each menu is offered for no more than 6- 8 weeks at a time, thus sustaining the Red Snapper principle of constant creativity in cooking. They use seasonal ingredients particular to Thailand to increase their frequent experimentation.

The chef and the owner of the restaurant have 20 years of experience. They also boast of a large selection of wines and soft drinks. Their fruit and vegetable shake is famous.

The restaurant is located next to the Pra Ae Beach; Red Snapper is approximately 10 minutes by vehicle from Saladan, Ko Lanta's .
