Chanthaburi, Trat, Phuket, Phang Nga, Krabi may be hit by flash floods The Meteorological Department Wednesday warned residents of Chanthaburi, Trat, Phuket, Phang Nga, Krabi to brace themselves for heavy rains and possible flash floods.
