Krabi has been developed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand as a family destination. It is within 3km of the sea at Thalen Bay, 5km from a beautiful kayaking centre, and only 19km from the lively seafront town of Ao-nang, with its top class restaurants, pubs and pristine beaches.
